Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of travel services by Pack N Trip Global. By booking or using any of our services, the client agrees to be bound by these Terms.

BOOKINGS AND RESERVATION POLICY

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels. Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, travel documents, and payment details. Bookings will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified for each service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate information. Once confirmed, bookings may also be subject to additional terms set by third-party providers, and clients are responsible for adhering to these requirements.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payments may be required in full or as a deposit depending on the service booked. All payments must be made into the Company’s corporate account with the account name PACK N TRIP GLOBAL LIMITED. The Company accepts bank transfers or cash payments. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, surcharges, or third-party fees unless explicitly stated. Failure to make timely payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking. Clients acknowledge that payment confirms their acceptance of these Terms and commits them to the full cost of the service booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that plans can change and if you wish to cancel your booking, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible. Please note that cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel, airline, or other service providers. Any fees or charges incurred as a result of cancellation are determined by the supplier, and you will be responsible for covering these costs.

We strongly recommend reviewing the specific cancellation terms of your hotel and airline at the time of booking, as penalties may apply for late cancellations or no-shows. Prompt notification helps us manage your booking efficiently and may reduce any unnecessary charges.


By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and accept that all cancellation fees, as dictated by the suppliers, are your responsibility. Tour operator cancellation fees apply and are typically calculated on a sliding scale, as outlined below:

CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Clients may request changes to booking details, including travel dates, or itineraries. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Approval for changes is not guaranteed and depends on the policies of third-party providers.

Clients are responsible for any extra costs incurred as a result of requested changes, including airline fees, visa amendments, or adjustments to accommodation or tours.

UNUSED SERVICES AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients are not entitled to refunds for any services that are unused or only partially used. This includes, but is not limited to, accommodation, transfers, sightseeing activities, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, and transportation, regardless of the reason for non-utilization. Failure to make use of any booked service does not create any entitlement to a refund.

Additionally, no-shows, including failure to arrive at the designated departure point or to check in for a service, will result in the forfeiture of the total amount paid for the booking.

REFUND POLICY

 All cancellations and refunds are subject to a handling and administrative fee of six percent (6%), which will be applied in addition to any penalties or fees imposed by third-party suppliers or service providers. Refund policies for airlines and hotels can vary significantly. We can assist you in submitting a refund request to the relevant airline or hotel for review. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to you. In the case of visa services, once an application has been submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate, the service charge paid to us is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the time frame for processing refund requests, as this is determined solely by the airline or hotel.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country. Clients must arrive at departure points on time and comply with all local laws, regulations, and health requirements at their destinations. It is the responsibility of clients to promptly notify Pack N Trip of any changes, issues, or special requirements. We strongly recommend that all clients obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or emergencies.

LIABILITY

Pack N Trip Global acts solely as an agent for third-party providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or cancellation arising from the acts, omissions, or defaults of airlines, visa offices, hotels, tour operators, or other service providers. We are also not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to protect against such risks.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

We collect and process personal information solely for the purpose of providing travel services. Information provided by clients may be shared with airlines, visa offices, hotels, and tour operators to facilitate bookings. We do not sell, lease, or distribute client information to third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is protected under applicable data protection regulations.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, or transportation shutdowns. In such events, clients may be offered alternative arrangements where possible, but we are not liable for any associated losses or expenses.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Clients are encouraged to resolve disputes directly with Pack N Trip Global. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be governed by the laws of Nigeria and submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lagos State.

AMENDMENTS

Pack N Trip reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and clients are responsible for reviewing the most current version prior to booking.
